What is The Stayton at Museum Way?
The Stayton is a senior living retirement community for discerning older adults in Fort Worth, TX. First and foremost, it’s a culturally rich residential retirement option that encourages health and wellness through an engaging and fulfilling independent lifestyle.
Second, it provides a host of exceptional services, activities and special amenities that address the refined lifestyle you’re accustomed to living.
And finally, it provides you, as an independent living resident, guaranteed access to on-site assisted living, memory support, skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, at little additional cost, should you ever need it, for as long as you need it.
What makes Life Care so special?
With Life Care at The Stayton, your entrance fee allows you to enjoy independent residential living with the reassurance that additional care is available, should you ever need it, at fees that won’t surprise you. Plus, living at The Stayton eliminates time-consuming and often costly home maintenance, fears of becoming a burden to relatives, concerns of aging among strangers, and worries about the availability and cost of quality long-term care. Life Care at The Stayton combines unparalleled financial confidence and peace of mind with a truly independent lifestyle and a wide range of services and amenities.
As a Life Care resident, what if I run out of money?
We value our commitment to our Life Care residents, so we’ve created a Financial Hardship Protection Plan. If you outlive your resources for reasons beyond your control and become unable to pay your monthly fee, you can stay at The Stayton and keep your guaranteed priority access to our on-site health care. See your Life Care agreement for details.
What does it mean to be a not-for-profit community?
While for-profit communities use their income to pay dividends to investors, The Stayton at Museum Way reinvests revenue after expenses into the community, where it belongs. This key difference is at the heart of our mission and vision.
Additionally, our not-for-profit status means The Stayton must meet stringent financial guidelines, including strict government regulations. Therefore, residents can have confidence knowing not-for-profit financial controls and reduced operating costs translate into lower, stabilized monthly fees and favorable tax credits and exemptions. Research also indicates not-for-profit communities invest more resources into health services than for-profit communities.
What will my monthly fee cover?
