Throughout the planning process, your Stayton team will work at your pace, ensuring you never feel rushed, and all your questions are answered along the way. We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient move-in day that’s completed on a weekday, to help ensure as many team members from The Stayton are available as needed for a smooth transition. When your move is scheduled, both the loading dock and service elevators will be reserved to accommodate your transition without interruption. If you prefer, we can even schedule a moving company for you — using either one of our preferred vendors or one of your choice — to help make the planning process easier for you. We can also help ensure you receive additional help unpacking, organizing, or with installation services, if needed.
And you don’t need to worry about forgetting anything from your senior living move-in timeline. During the planning process, we’ll work together with you to cover every detail, including:
- Parking garage access, if needed
- Scheduling housekeeping services
- Setup with our community app and Wi-Fi
- Pricing information so you can start internet and cable services
- Storage unit assignment
