ABOUT THE COURSE

According to a recent CDC report, over 20% of adults ages 65 or older have a mental health concern, but only about two-thirds receive treatment. This course emphasizes the need to address the mental health of our elderly population by reviewing assessment strategies and specific treatment options.

Accredited for 1.5 ethics continuing education credits for licensed social workers nationwide.
