Nicolo J. Amari

Vice President of Management Services

Mr. Amari brings more than 15 years of expertise in senior living operations, community development, property management and marketing sales experience to the Seniority team. He provides clients with an extensive background in operations, pre-lease and start-ups of new communities as well as consulting on architectural and building design during the development process. Mr. Amari’s background includes operational oversight of independent, assisted living and memory support communities as both an administrator as well as multi-site management. His passion for senior living paired with an innovative and energetic style make him an effective sales, marketing and operations professional. Mr. Amari earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on entrepreneurial business at Sonoma State University in California.

Ashley Briggs-Terry

Director of Sales

Ashley is a driven, accomplished professional with more than a decade of experience in health service and product sales. From her beginnings as a respiratory therapist at CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital in Texarkana, Texas, to her recent work as a skilled nursing clinical liaison, Ashley possesses broad skills and deep knowledge of the day-to-day needs of seniors. She uses this comprehensive understanding to help families and potential residents find the lifestyle and care level that suit them best.

Dustin Scott

Director of Dining Services

Dustin knows a lot about good food. Since beginning his career as a sauté chef in Edmond, Oklahoma, Dustin has shown his chops and honed his craft. And with more than 15 years of experience in fine dining establishments across Texas, Dustin is a team leader with a proven track record of delivering top-notch menu options with high-quality service.

Tommie Greene

Executive Chef

Tommie is a talented and experienced culinary professional. Since joining The Stayton team in 2015 as sous chef, he’s used his skills to oversee employee schedules, encourage and motivate co-workers, and provide warm service to each resident who dines with us. Since his promotion to executive chef in 2018, Tommie continues to exceed expectations, elevating the dining experience at The Stayton and setting the standard for quality service.

Wes Hrabal

Director of Operations

Wes brings over two decades of experience to our team at The Stayton. Since getting his start as a construction assistant in Fort Worth, Texas, Wes continually rises to the challenge of new responsibility. His knowledge of all facets of maintenance and operations makes him an invaluable resource to our team, assuring those around him that there’s no problem too tough to solve.

Jeromy Parker

Resident Services Manager

Jeromy is a cherished member of our team at The Stayton. In 2016, he received the Stayton Service Award in recognition of his efforts as our marketing coordinator. In 2017, Jeromy proved himself a standout senior living sales counselor, leading him to become our resident services manager shortly thereafter. Jeromy’s professional attitude and friendly demeanor are noticed and appreciated by co-workers, friends and all members of The Stayton family.

Ashley Kemp

Director of Lifestyles

Ashley’s experience and educational background add up to a winning combination for residents of The Stayton. After graduating with dean’s list honors from the University of North Texas in 2014, Ashley quickly put her skills to work as a health coach and wellness coordinator. Her experience with our sister community, Edgemere, prepared her perfectly for her role as lifestyles director at The Stayton. Since then, Ashley has used everything she’s learned to improve the health, fitness and overall wellness of our remarkable residents.

Donna Echols

Director of Nursing

With over a decade of experience in skilled nursing, Donna understands the unique needs of each resident and knows exactly how to best meet them. Her experience working in environments across a full continuum of health services gives Donna a unique perspective. Her time as a quality assurance nurse and nursing director also grants her a rare attention to detail, ensuring our residents receive only the best nursing care. When paired with Donna’s leadership skills, you can be sure nothing is overlooked.

DJ Shawn

Director of Human Resources

Our team at The Stayton owes a lot to DJ. With more than 20 years of experience in building high-functioning, collaborative teams while improving efficiencies, DJ knows what it takes to keep things running smoothly. Her innovative, forward-thinking hiring practices continually encourage us to cultivate our own homegrown talent – that plays a big part in creating a stable, talented team that benefits co-workers and residents alike. DJ earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Southern Nazarene University.

David Brown

Health Services Administrator

David is an accomplished leader in all areas of senior care. Beginning his career in health service as a memory care administrator for the Columbia Healthcare Center, David leverages his nine years of industry experience to manage the operation of our on-campus health services. Throughout his career, David’s main focus has been delivering a high standard of care with sustainability, efficiency and compassion.
