Just as The Stayton is designed to enhance your independence, Life Care enhances your financial independence. Offered to Independent Living residents, the program features:

• One-time entrance fee, up to 90% refundable, for strong estate preservation
• Predictable monthly fees that provide for your maintenance-free residence, as well as all services, amenities and privileges of community membership
• Lifetime access to on-site assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing care, included at little or no additional cost
• Protection from rising long-term health care costs

When most people have to deal with medical problems as they occur, at prevailing—and skyrocketing—costs, Life Care residents have all-encompassing care at rates they can count on.

“What if I run out of money?”

That’s a common fear, but SQLC has a Financial Hardship Protection Plan for Life Care residents. If you outlive your resources for reasons beyond your control and can’t pay your monthly fee, you can stay in your residence with guaranteed priority access to our on-site health care.
